Tenant Fees

Holding Deposit: 1 Weeks Rent
Security Deposit: 5 Weeks Rent

Additional costs if required:

Keys replacement: Cost of replacement.
Early termination of tenancy: Reasonable costs incurred.
Change to a tenancy admin fee: £50 inc VAT.
Late rent payments: (more than 14 days overdue), are subject to daily interest of 3% pa, above Bank of England base rate.

*Emergencies are defined as any situation where there’s an immediate risk to someone’s health, safety or security such as:

• An uncontainable water leak
• A complete failure of your electrics (where it isn’t an appliance or suppler issue)
• Your heating or hot water system failing
• Severe flooding
• Loss of security to entrance doors or windows

*This is not a complete list but some examples of what is defined as an emergency.

*If a contractor attends during out of hours, they only need to make it safe there and then, and essential follow-up work will commence during office opening hours.

If you suspect a gas leak, call National Grid on 0800 111 999 straight away. Open all windows and doors, turn off your gas supply at the meter and leave the building. Do not attempt to use any appliances or switches.
